The Private Venue
Cider Mountain is an outdoor North Idaho weekend wedding venue nestled amongst beautiful pine trees and set against rolling hills on 160 private acres. Located between between Coeur d’Alene and Sandpoint, and only 15 min from Farraguet State Park, you’ll find the privacy you want in a wedding venue, coupled with opportunities nearby for guests to enjoy.
With its mixture of space, seclusion, natural beauty, and elegance, Cider Mountain is the ideal wedding venue to create a weekend wedding and ceremony everyone—especially you—will love and remember.

And that’s not even a full list—there’s so much more!
Choosing a wedding venue is one of the most important decisions a couple will make. It’s foundational to being able to decide on other details of the wedding—the number of guests, timeframe, food, wedding day prep with the wedding party, and photos.
The amount of space, options, and amenities Cider Mountain offers in our wedding package will allow you to make other decisions with ease and confidence.
Your Weekend Wedding
at Cider Mountain
Weddings are both a glorious and stressful time in a couple’s life. There are an incredible amount of details to think about, numerous decisions to make, and a whirlwind of events leading up to the actual day.
Ironically, with all the planning that goes into a wedding ceremony and reception, the event itself can go by in the blink of an eye! We’ve all heard the advice about making sure you eat as a bride and groom. That’s because it really can happen when you’re trying to fit everything into a limited time frame.
This is why at Cider Mountain our private wedding venue is designed to allow you to slow down, enjoy, and fully experience this once-in-a-lifetime event with the people you care about most.
When you book your wedding with Cider Mountain, you’ll get to decide how you spend your 3 nights and 4 days with your friends and family. You won’t have to rush between multiple sites for your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception—they’re just steps away, allowing you more time to enjoy each other’s company, make memories, and reduce your stress.
Imagine yourself being able to truly relax the day before your wedding, knowing that everything you need is already right at the venue. You’re surrounded by family and friends and have actual downtime with them before the big day.
The laughter.
The smiles.
Enjoying food.
Not only will you have memories of your wedding ceremony and reception, but the memories of the days before will be just as special for you, for your family, and for your friends.
There’s no better gift than the gift of spending time with those you love, celebrating and honoring a milestone in your life’s journey.
A weekend wedding at Cider Mountain is the perfect way to do that.

Come See Cider Mountain
Schedule a Wedding Venue Tour
We love to have couples, their families and friends come see Cider Mountain in person. In fact, we encourage it! Although we try, sometimes the beauty of the place isn’t always captured in words.
Touring a venue in person allows you to imagine how your wedding will be. You’ll get a feeling for the atmosphere and have time to talk together with the people close to you—the people whose opinions you value most.
A tour at Cider Mountain will take you around the grounds—our staff will show you multiple ceremony spots that’ll work well for different times of the year. This is essential when planning an outdoor wedding because the sun and shadows play a big role in getting the best pictures.
You’ll also step inside the various rooms for guests to stay, including the cabins and lodge suites. You’ll walk through all the gathering areas available during your stay and experience first hand the elegance of the bridal suite.
Our tour guide can give suggestions and ideas, but what’s great about bringing others with you on the tour is you’ll get to brainstorm together about what would be best for you and your wedding party.
