Cider Mountain is a North Idaho wedding venue like no other. With 160 acres it offers couples a wide variety of spaces and options to celebrate such a momentous occasion. We are located 25 miles north of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and just 15 minutes west of Farragut State Park—secluded enough for a beautiful private wedding, yet close enough for guests to enjoy the area as well.
The grandeur of tall established pine trees is the backdrop for a beautiful outdoor wedding. Paired with the prestige of the lodge and all its amenities, the rustic elegance of Cider Mountain is an ideal place to create the wedding of your dreams.
With overnight accommodations for up to 40 guests*, you can create a weekend wedding experience, enjoying all of the spaces and amenities described below.

The Bridal Suite
Our luxurious Bridal Suite is perfect for getting ready the day of the ceremony and as a place for you, the newly married couple, to stay that night. Designed with a rustic elegance motif, the bridal suite includes

The Groom’s Lounge
The men need a place to get ready too! Our Grooms Lounge gives the groom and his groomsmen a place to dress and relax before the wedding. With a full-length mirror, comfortable seating, TV, and sound system, this side of the wedding party can prepare in style.
Guest Suites
The Lodge has 3 Guest Suites* in addition to the Bridal Suite. Each has a different configuration, but all have a private bathroom and flat-screen TVs.
Here are a few details for each suite:
The Single Suite sleeps 4 with a Queen sized bed and an additional murphy bed.
The Double Suite sleeps 4 with 2 Queen sized beds.
The Bunk Room Suite is a unique layout. It sleeps 12 with (you guessed it) 4 sets of bunk beds. It also has a sitting area with a sofa that pulls out into a bed, plus a separate room with a Queen sized bed.
Theatre and Game Room
The Theatre Room is your own private movie theatre and arcade. It’s a great space to spend time as a full family or wedding party, watch movies or sports, and a spacious place for kids to hang out in. It includes:

Spending time with your wedding party, family, and other overnight guests is one of the benefits of having your weekend wedding at one venue. This multi-use space was created with togetherness in mind. Enjoy food, conversation, and laughter in a place that is as comfortable as a home, yet feels extra special.
This space is great for gathering for the rehearsal dinner, relaxing together throughout the weekend, enjoying brunch, and opening gifts together the day after the ceremony. This space includes

Music is essential to a wedding and our dance floor and stage comes with a sound system ready for a professional DJ or your own chosen MC. With romantic outdoor lighting, you’ll have a great space to enjoy the traditional wedding dances as well as get your guests up and moving with energetic line dances.

And various themes for your arbor and seating.
With such a spacious venue, there are several places on the grounds to hold your ceremony. You may want a further walk to calm nerves, or a specific tree arrangement you see as your backdrop. Based on the specific time of your wedding, our venue coordinator might advise you on which locations would be best, but ultimately the choice is yours.
Choose from 5 different arbors to match your theme and style.
Each arbor is hand-crafted from wood and can be elegantly decorated with flowers, fabric, greenery or lights. Options include the traditional arch as well as multiple geometric-shaped arbors.
Wood-Burning Fireplace and Lighted Patio
Enjoy the crackle of a wood-burning fireplace in the evenings as you sit with family and friends talking, laughing, telling stories, and savoring the time spent together. It’s a picturesque gathering area complete with oversized rocking chairs and perfect outdoor string lighting. For evenings that get a little chilly, there are also tall propane patio heaters for your use.
Cabins for Overnight Guests
We have 3 cabins* on the property for lodging. Having a space at the venue for out-of-town guests, extended family, or just more friends benefits them and you. No need to worry about finding hotel reservations or driving after the reception. Plus a weekend wedding with overnight guests gives you more time to spend together, the ability to catch up without feeling rushed, and the opportunity to create lasting memories.
Each cabin sleeps 6 people and has its own private bathroom. The cabins have different bed variations with the following configurations:
Cabins 1 & 3 have two queen beds and a set of bunk beds.
Cabin 2 has 3 queen beds.
Cabins are a few steps away from The Lodge, yet give your guests the space and privacy they want throughout the weekend.

Permanent Restrooms
No outhouses here! Having easy access to multiple bathrooms is important at a wedding venue. Our restrooms are ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible and have multiple stalls. The building is just off to the side—close enough to find but far enough away to not cause distraction.
